Praise, Prayer, & Progress

Jeff and I both have had preaching opportunities recently and were blessed to hear your encouraging words. We continue to be grateful to God for that encouragement.Your kind words help fuel our passion to work with diligence and excellence.

Continue to pray for our upcoming project to Cambodia. I'll list some "project specific" requests as we draw closer to the departure date. For now two things stand out in our hearts and minds. First, financial pledges have been made that meet the budgeted need. However, please pray that those pledges will be received promptly. Secondly, please pray for Jeff and I as we continue to study for our teaching assignments. It is a dauting task, and we take seriously the words of James 3:1 "...that we who teach will be judged more severely."

Progress continues on our ability to handle the assignment God has given to equip and encourage sacrificial servants in restricted access countries. We are willing to expand this work, but we must continue to expand the base of Aquila Partners for that to happen. We stand ready to respond to invitations to speak to churches, business groups, or small groups and tell the story of sacrificial servants in Southeast Asia.
