Home!

David and I arrived home Tuesday morning after 37 hours of travel. We are now going to take a couple of days to rest and get caught up on family time. I will be leaving on Friday morning to head to Wisconsin to pick up the family (they have been at Jan's parents while I have been gone). We will spend one more week in Wisconsin having a little vacation time!

Please know that we really appreciate your continued prayers and financial support as we begin to look forward to the next project in October (again in Cambodia). This project will involve another conference with our friends in Battambang and a new conference with the pastors in Kampong Thom. We will give you more information in the coming days.

Please pray this week for our good friend Nivath Nimh (you can see his picture on the blog). Nivath is the President of the Cambodian Baptist Union, and this week he is in Birmingham England attending the Baptist World Alliance Annual Meeting. This is his first trip to England and he is very excited about this opportunity.

Heading Home Tomorrow

It's hard to believe that our time in Cambodia is coming to a close. Tomorrow morning David and I will head to the airport to start the long journey back to the States. This has been an amazing trip as we have had the opportunity to equip and encourage more than 100 indigenous pastors from across Cambodia. It still amazes me that the Lord allows us to join Him in such vital work for the Kingdom.

We would like to thank all of you who have prayed during this trip, we have certainly sensed your prayers and been encouraged by them. We also want to thank those of you who gave financially in order to make this trip possible. Your gifts and prayers are making a difference in the lives of these pastors and the churches they represent. Thank You.
