Blankets for Bangladesh Update...

Some of you may remember this prayer request in December from our friend Hermanta in Bangladesh...

"Pray also for Bangladesh. This year cold (winter) hascome has earlier. It is already very cold now. January and February will be much cooler. I am praying forsome blankets for 96 families."

Well, several of you responded, and one church collected money to send. The Aquila Project also made a donation.

Thanks for the money for the blankets. I bought 41 new blankets and some winter cloths and have distributed among 41 families in a mountain village named Talbaria. I have distributed them on the 3rd. of February,07.

I am sorry for writing you late. Because, I was not in Chittagong for a long time. I have conducted two sharing program in two different zones in Bangladesh and then left for India to attend a training program on Church planting movement and returned home just Two
days ago. Most of my time spent in rural areas. Therefore, I had no opportunity to email.
It was severe cold during this winter. Thanks for your help to our affected people this year. Please extend my gratefulness to those who donated this money to purchase those things for the distribution among the poor. If possible please remember this type of need for our poor people. The best time to help them is the month of October.
